- Jump directly to bookings that are due to start soon. Realised that you've booked a classroom but didn't book the mobile laptop trolley to go with it? No problem! The Dashboard lets you quickly edit your existing booking and add the required resource.
- Check the progress of recently opened tickets. The Dashboard lets you see if a support team has updated your ticket, or if you need to provide them with further information.

Quickly see the bookings that matter. Kahu provides users with four flexible booking views:
- My bookings - A personalised weekly timetable.
- Find by day - Who's booked what, and what resources are free?
- Find by resource - When is a resource next available?
- Find by person - What has a particular person booked, and when?
- See bookings your way. Period view shows bookings aligned with your school's timetable, but you can also view them in hour-by-hour Time view.
- Stay abreast of issues with your bookings. Kahu's resource booking views show any tickets logged against selected resources, allowing users to see potential problems with their bookings, and track their progress towards resolution.
- Support for timetabled and ad hoc bookings. Kahu combines recurring bookings from your school's timetable with those made on a day-to-day basis, and its colour-coding scheme helps users quickly distinguish the two.
- Quickly notify others of issues. A step-by-step wizard allows users to send tickets straight to the appropriate support team. Users with affected bookings - or those making new bookings of affected resources - are notified of any potential problems, and can track their resolution.
- Ticket management made easy. Kahu contains many features designed to make it easy for supporting teams to focus on their job rather than the administration associated with it. Quick links enable repetitive tasks such as opening, closing or changing the status of tickets to be performed with the minimal number of clicks.
